Documentation Standards for Survey Readiness & Regulatory Compliance

This course teaches North Carolina adult care home administrators and leadership staff how to create, review, and maintain documentation that accurately reflects resident condition, care provided, staff actions, notifications, and facility follow-up. The course should not teach people how to make records “look good for survey.” It should teach them how to make records accurate enough that the documentation can stand on its own when someone outside the facility reads it months later.
