Training & Competency Management for Personal Care Aides and Medication Aides

This course teaches North Carolina adult care home administrators and supervisors how to correctly onboard, train, validate, supervise, and document personal care aides and medication aides. The focus should be on the facility’s responsibility to make sure an employee is actually qualified and competent before assigning duties—not merely collecting certificates for the personnel file.
