Designed for North Carolina adult care administrators, this 3-hour program transforms survey readiness from a stressful event into a daily operational standard. The course moves beyond basic compliance checklists to teach administrators how to view their facilities through a surveyor’s perspective, identifying high-risk areas in medication management, resident care, and staffing. Through practical modules and a detailed mock survey of the fictional Cedar Grove facility, learners will develop the ability to distinguish between superficial paperwork fixes and robust systemic corrections. Participants will gain the tools to analyze Statement of Deficiencies/Form 2567, build ironclad Plans of Correction, and ensure that records, interviews, and actual practices tell a consistent story to prevent repeat findings.
